Agreement to terms

By using this website or booking a service with Auto Pro Locksmith, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Services and pricing

All prices shown on this site are starting prices, plus VAT, and are confirmed as a fixed price before work begins. If additional parts are required, this is agreed with you before fitting. We operate a no fix, no fee policy: if we cannot complete the job, you do not pay a call out charge.

Booking and cancellation

Same day call outs do not require advance booking. Scheduled appointments (such as lock changes arranged in advance) can be rescheduled or cancelled by contacting us directly, ideally with as much notice as possible.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work, by card, digital payment, or cash. We do not require a deposit before attending.

Liability

All work is carried out by DBS checked engineers and covered by public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Identification requirements

For lockout and lock change jobs, we may require proof of residence or ownership before carrying out entry, in the interest of security.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
